i was refused eea family permit in india .i was married to polish girl freind here in india.uk consulate refused on silly grounds(marraige of convineince) and they want us to appeal against the decisoin.my question is i dont want to appeal again because it takes lot of time. so i want to go poland by appying visa from here in india because of my wife is pregnant she wants me to be with her.is it possible that i can go poland from here and later i can make a fresh application to uk from there.
