German Speaking Data analyst, Malta
On behalf of our client, a finance company with a solid base in Malta, we are looking for a German Speaking Data Analyst to work in Malta.

Responsibilities:
• Analysing all business activity / team performance / call activity across key departments and seeking out opportunities for continued growth.
• Monitoring key differences / Rational in specific business data.
• Understanding noticeable changes in workflow assessments and / or client relationships.
• Assessing whether the business is planned to take on new growth.
• Writing suitable reports on key data / results.
• Working with Excel to assess / monitor core business data.
• Presenting findings / results to executives and other staff.
• Contributing to inhouse discussions and decision making about the future direction / planning.
• Work strategically - seeing the ‘Bigger Picture’ and setting out specific aims and objectives to suitably develop and improve key departments and its existing processes.
• Able to operate strategically across the business areas – creating necessary planning to suitably implement operational changes.
• Quickly have a strong understanding of our businesses' products and services and be able to advise others about them.
• Assist in assessing new ‘onboarding’ requirements wherever necessary.
Requirements:
• University Degree ideally in a Mathematical or Statistical subject.
• Previous experience in a role related to Business Analysis or Data Analysis, minimum 3 years
• Native or fluent in German along with very good English
• Key Expertise in Excel & MS Tools
• Ideally previous Management ‘Reporting’ Experience.
• Working Knowledge of Creating suitable Measuremen
