After two years of pandemic, we were hoping some return to nomality. Unfortunately, it has not been the case for everyone. We will all remember the war in Ukraine of course (see our interview here), which unfortunately will continue also in 2023. Another marker of 2022 were also the death and state funeral of the British monarch, Queen Elizabeth II (articles here and there). And of course we cannot talk about 2022 without saying a word on the Football World Cup organised in Qatar: what a controversy (see article here) but what a final!

Without doubt 2023 will also be full of surprises, joy and drama. We will try ou best to keep you informed through our Expat Magazine, in our Expat City-Guides, with the forum and our other services. And as we develop more guides and services on Expat-Quotes, you will find a series of information on Consulates and Embassies starting very soon.
