unsuccessful appeal ....HELP& SUPPORT NEEDED URGENTLY

Postby dlamini » Wed Aug 08, 2007 7:33 am

Hi everyone,

I hope someone would be able to shed some light on this .

My sponsor and representative attended a hearing for an appeal we lodged a few months ago against the decision made by the BHC in south Africa to refuse me entry .

I made an enquiry with the AIT to find out how long it is going to take for the determination to be sent however was met with terrible news that the appeal was in fact unsuccessful and the reasons for the determination are in the post .My legal representative has not been written to as yet !

Has anyone in the forum come across this before and how does one go about tackling this .Am I allowed to make another application (fresh one ) with the BHC here?this is for an EEA family permit !
