First time for me on this forum, I really hope I can someone can help with answering this.

I am a French national, engaged to a Mexican National. We currently live in the US but are considering moving to Barcelona. We are planning to get married in the coming months.

We wonder if marriage with me (French National) would grant him some kind of advantage for working in Spain, and how easy or difficult obtaining a work permit would be for him and what would the best procedure be.
