✎ EN UK: marrying a failed asylum seeker

    Please can someone help. I believe it is now not possible to marry a failed asylum seeker in the UK. I've been told the Home Office introduced this last February. Could anyone confirm this? Cheers

    Hi, I´m sorry to confirm that you are right, it´s not posible unless he holds a fiance visa, i had the same problem so after his case was refuse many times we decided to get married to solve the papers but the law was already there so we have to go back to his country to apply for the fiace visa, I hope u´ll find another way or in case you have to apply for the visa good luck
