    my name is anil, and i am from inida, i came here(uk) scince 2 months on study base, my age is 25 and my father is eea national and now i want to join my family and support him, can i change my visa status and can i get family permit ? if it is possible than please tell me what would be procedure.. i really wanna support my father and my self as well. thankx

    Once you are over 21, this is virtually impossible. You would have to demonstrate that you are dependent on him or he is on your. If you are studying and he is paying the fees, you may possibly have a case, but it depends a lot on the interpretation.
