✎ EN Switch my non eea family permit to a spouse visa

    i am an algerian residant in france my wife is british and we have beenmarried in france for 5 yrs . recently i have been granted i eea family permit because my wife wants to return to the uk . my question is ; which type of residency should i apply for within the uk ? can i apply for a permanent residence or ILR under EU law because we have been married for 5 yrs abroad or i have to start from the begining means just 5 yrs card ?
    and how can get extended my eea fp ? am i allowed to work with the eea fp ?
