EU programme Leonardo da Vinci

The Leonardo da Vinci Community vocational training action programme was introduced in 1994. It promotes projects based on co-operation between the various players in vocational training by training bodies, vocational schools, universities, businesses, chambers of commerce, etc.

The program addresses to young people less than 28 years old. The program concurs to realize a professional internship that can go on from a minimum of three weeks to a maximum of nine months according to the level of formation.

Work Visas & Permits

Andorra authorizes permanently and effectively residence and work rights in the country during the validity of the authorization extended by the immigration service.

  • Have an indefinite employment contract with a company legally established in the country. 
  • Establish a permanent and effective residence in the Principality of Andorra.

The first authorization is valid for one year and renewable three times for periods of two years. After seven years, the successive renewals are delivered for periods of ten years, except for the nationals of the states that have signed and ratified an agreement with the Principality of Andorra.
