I'm a canadian citizen, i will apply for tier 5 in uk. My boyfriend is a pakistani citizen but has a student visa in uk. If i come over, can we get married in uk? Our plan is to live in canada after my tier 5 visa finishes. Will his student visa be changed? Can he apply as my dependent and change it to working visa??? We need help. Please please please!!!

I had read that 1st link you sent me but they were both students. I have a tier 5 visa, it said there that its not supposed to have any dependants. But my boyfriend is already in uk, he will be my dependant but i don't need to bring him in uk after we get married there. And im wondering if his visa will change from student to spouse? Will my visa be affected?
I did talked to some immigration consultants but unfortunately they don't know uk laws.
