hello everyone, i am sorry for such a long message but please help me it is really very urgent because i am going to apply for marriage visa next month.
I want to apply for my husband in pakistan
1st worked more and i got 920,the tax is taking out already,
i read the application form and it says how much is ur income, without tax.
i dont know what to write there. if i say 920 they can see each mointh is different amount it is not always same, wont that cause any problems for me?
2nd: I just started living on my own, i rent a double bed room,i got a letter from a property agency confirming that he has checked and i live there also that the room will be suitable for me and my husband when he arrives here. It does not say how much i pay for the double bed room.
I pay chash 80 pounds per month thats icluding gas and electricity,
so i dont have any bills on my name. neither does there go any money from my bank account to any other account, because i take out money myself and pay the rent and buy food etc.
Only evidence of address i have is letter from college and also 2bankstatemnets, since i changed my address from november only.
    will that be enough?
3rd my savings, it is around 3000 3200, because my income and saving is in 1 account, so when my salary comes i put it all in my account then it is around 3900 pounds and spend like 600 per month, it is not every month
same amount will that cause any problems?
3rd i am a EU citizien and my husband afghan,so which application form do we need to fill in.
    Please help me

    Uk marriage visa please help

I dont have any other proof of address then 2 bank statements,
one letter from college, and one letter from property agency confirming that i live in that address but in that letter it does not say how much i pay for rent and that it is including gas and electrity.
I asked someone they say that letter is enough because you dont need to sent contract of renting a house.
so if i just write that i pay 80 pounds will that be enough?
and also i study 18 hours per week, tuesdays, wednesdays and fridays,
and work 37 hours per week,10 hours on saturdays, sundasy and mondays and 7 hours on thursdays. will they ever believe that.
I asked my college they said i am allowed to work as much as i wont as long as it wont affect my college hours.
I have to mention taht i study because i receive 30 poudns EMA,which is for students, and you can see that on my bankstatements.
I told the EMA i work full time they said it doesnt matter because EMA is for students 16-19 years old students, as long as they study and their work doesnt affect their college hours.
Please help me i really dont know what to do.

This question is the most important one, and everything else depends on this. I think you should apply for an EEA Family Permit. Check the sticky topic and google, there is a lot of information available.

Now in theory you only need IDs and the marriage license to apply for the EEA Family Permit. However, the application form VAF5 has just been redesigned, and it asks for a lot of information that is not necessary for the application. I have not seen any reports on what happens if you do not fill in all the fields.

My guess is that it depends on where your spouse applies. If he is legally residing in the EU, your application is handled under European law. You should get the permit with minimal evidence (your IDs, a confirmation from your employer, the marriage license, and his current visa).

However, if he is not in the EU, his is judged according to national immigration law, which is a lot more difficult. Then you need to prove a genuine marriage (cohabitation), sufficient funds, accommodation, possibly health insurance etc.

If you are in the later category, your application will be difficult. Working 55 hours a weeks may be ok for a while, but it is not plausible in the long run. Now your spouse will be allowed to work, so if you can demonstrate that a suitable job is available for him, you can include his salary in your budget. The savings certainly help, but I would try to present a budget that does not rely on them. You will almost certainly need to provide a rent contract. The proof of address is not a big issue, but you need to demonstrate a genuine relationship. Usually this means that you have been living together as a couple for a few months. Shared bank accounts also help.
