    Recently i read some information what confuses me now.....

    I'm going to fill EEA1 as self sufficient person(im from new member state), my husband non EU and applies EEA2 .
    Do i need to have health insurance? I'm already registered in our neighborhood NHS. My husband working.... :confused:

    No you don't. You are already covered with NHS. If you want additional coverage (also additional expenses), then sign up with private medical insurance.

    I would like to ask, if I dont have NHS. Do I need to have NHS or private insurance for EEA1 if I am seolf sufficient?

    Registration to NHS isnt cost anything , they just need prove of address.
    I think that is better to register yourself there in any case.
    To apply EEA1 you dont have to answer any question about health insurance or NHS.
    We just sent our EE1 / EEA2 last week, also applied as self sufficient and i never worked here or registered in WRS.

    maybe you know what documents you must to provide to make registration to NHS? If I already sent my passport with EEA1 applications how can I make registration?
    I tryed also to find in internet more information about private health insurance, but I could find any one company in Cardiff where I cant buy it. Is is only one way to buy it is internet?

    I tryed to find in internet more information about private health insurance, but I couldn't find any company in Cardiff where I can buy.

    Is it possible that my husband will go alone and will make registration for me for NHS?

    Registration with the NHS is very easy. You just go to a GP (who is taking on new patients) and fill in a form. You are covered from this point onwards, and you get a card a few weeks later. You probably need to show proof of address, which is a utility bill or a bank statement showing your address. Theoretically you also have to prove that you intend to stay in the UK for at least 6 months, but that is rarely ever checked.
