well..i'm a non EU(INDIAN) married with a EU(polish) citizen. living in india.
we are planing to visit portugal together....so as i'm a spouse of a EU citizen , i can get visa for portugal as its said in EU LAW.
BUT does it matter that we are living in india & i can only apply for visa if i have residence card for poland 'as my wofe is polish.
pls help me finding answer's...& does this visa rule for SPOUSE of EEC NATIONAL also work for swiss visa.
