After a 2 year battle, I have won my appeal for a working holiday maker. I am a canadian citizen. One thing still eats away at me though.... It seems that the ECO made alligations about me in the appeal that were incorrect but that weren't presented to me to defend. Now, its mentioned in my appeal that I had no response to this alligation and the judge does mention that she doubts that I was privy to it but still it's there in my file. The ECO basically claimed that I did not acheve the level of education that I claimed to have. Thing is, I did and have complete proof of it (degree and letters from the school).

My question is can I, or should I, ask for this alligation to be striken from my record as it is blatently false? I can provide all evidence.

I just don't think its fair that, although I won the appeal, my file will still posess this false statement.
