    Hi guys,
I came to the UK in July 2004, applied for EEA3 PR in October 2009 (roughly 5 years after), received PR card recently, stating 'Issued 27 July 2010'. Does that mean I need to wait till July 2011 to apply for naturalisation or can I apply this Oct 2010 because that's an actual 1 year after I qualified as PR?
it's just it's a lot of money to apply for British citizenship, don't want to mess it up.
    Many thanks in advanced.

    October 2010 is the answer.

Even though I am afraid you will most probably have to argue about it. Looking at your other post, I think you should get it through !

    Good luck
