Hello... Can someone give me some advice if they can please. I'm an Irish citizen and am married to my Pakistani husband for the past 10 months. We have been refuse our spouse visa once already and the appeal was refused also. We are now waiting on our new application decision but because the Visa department is on a work to rule and not answering any phone calls we don't know how long we'll be waiting.. Does anyone know what the situation regarding decisions. we've already been waiting 6 wks.
