Repatriation/Polish Citizenship/PLEASE HELP

Hi there!

I have a big problem in my life created by myself, originally I from Belarus, since 2005 I've been living in UK and wasn't able to extend my visa, so become illegal here, also I was not able to return as I had to go to army but didn't want it to do and at the same time I had a fear to ask for asylum, but finally as it happens to most illegal immigrants my life become destroyed here as well and i lost everything, so I had only choice to ask for asylum.

I am 27 now and no need to go to army, however by that country law I still face punishment which is a money penalty and they will not let me go abroad anywhere again or there will be a 1 to 5 years prison, obviously since 2008 I am officially not allowed to leave Belarus, so if I return I will be in big danger and so I ask for asylum here in UK after living here for over 7 years now, they refused my claim and yesterday I got refusal letter from the Court as well, so even after appeal they don't believe that I will be in danger by Article 3 of Human Rights.

So now I am in big big problem, they don't allowed me to stay here and they want me to go back, if I go back my life will be destroyed forever so the only choice left for me is to get Polish Citizenship, my nationality is Belarus, however in my birth certificate my nationality is Polish. My great grandparents were polish, I from city called Grodno, which used to be a Poland part ages ago, my mother got all documents needed including pictures of her grandfather in polish military close, he was a polish solder at that time, also my mother hold Polish ID card ( karta polaka ).

So I was looking for this before but Konsultant in Belarus said I need to be there myself to ask for Polish Citizenship, but she got hold of all documents needed for repatriation already translated in to polish language and confirmed in Polish Embassy in Grodno, she can send it to me here, while I am still not removed from here and I hope I will not be but instead continue my support by section 4 while obtaining my documents.

So the question is can I actually go to Polish Embassy in UK and ask explain everything and that is my only choice, I will not be able to go to Poland because my passport is expired and I need to obtain it in Belarussian Embassy, but I got no idea will they give me a new passport or will they make a stamp in it;

but I cannot go there because my freedom will be sized there, my only choice left is to ask for repatriation and get polish citizenship, but as I know it can take up to 3 years and still be unsuccessful, I'm also do speak polish very well and can even wright in it a bit, I am a catholic as well, I do have plenty of family in Poland as well tho, so please can someone who understand the situation can I do this while i's here in UK or not, also is it better to find polish solicitor here in UK for all this matter or simply make an appointment in Polish Embassy and ask myself, please help.

Thank you..

This is a very complex topic and therefore it might not be an immediate response. However we've got still questions about immigration everyday.
I edited your first message and separated into paragraphs.... it might help.
