    Hello,

I am an Australian Citizen wanting to move to London in about a year ( or earlier).
    Here is my situation:
I have already completed my working holiday visa
    I don’t qualify for a heritage visa
    I don’t have a uni degree
I work in the advertising industry ( 3 years experiences)
    I have good job references
I have a job offer already (so long as I can sort out a visa)

Is there anyone out there who has successfully gained a work permit/permanent residency in the UK who is in a similar situation or could anyone give me an idea of what sort of chance I would have?

    ANY help would be great!

    Thanks

I'd be interested in the answer for this one as my Ozzie girlfreind is coming over to England soon, and she is in the same boat as you, but she would also like to work again when she is here. Unfortunatly we havn't been going out for 2 years to get the partners visa :(

An option I would seriously consider at this point! Any takers? There'd be an Australian Passport in it for you!

You'd just have to look at it like "just a piece of paper". You can always have a "proper" wedding down the track if you did want to be proper man and wife!
