Hello all! If anybody has ever been in the same situation, please help me out.
I've been living in Ireland for more than 3 years. Originally i am from non -EEA country,I got married in last February,in my country and my husband has the same nationality as me. I am green card holder and have all the right in Ireland. since our marriage my husband, who is still in our country has applied for join spouse visa. All supported documentation were lodged first in Bulgaria, embassy of Ireland for 8 weeks and were checked and then have sent to Dublin department of justice and equality. since then there are 8 weeks gone and we have heard nothing from them.
does anybody know how long does the visa examination process take?
    Thank you in advance.

I believe EU law allows for only 6 months for an answer. There are many discussions of this on the forums, such as:
    waiting-time-for-eea2-residence-card-t11463.html

I don't know about your particular case however. Anyone have experience?

Thank you very much for reply & link :X
I have read almost all posts and most of them are about
EEA country . My case is about NON-EEA.
Is the processing time similar for these two cases?
If anyone have the clue please help me out.
    many thanx
