I would like to introduce myself as HARISH KUMAR.T I have completed my Master in Civil Engineering from RIGA TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, Bachelor of Engineering in civil engineering from BRINDAVAN COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING an esteemed institution under SIR M.VISVESVARAYA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY.

I firmly believe that inquisitive and explorative attitude leads to the constant learning process. As a Civil Engineer, I look for graduate study to refine my knowledge and skills in my areas of interest. I believe it will also serve to give direction to my goal of a career as a research-oriented organization.

During my under graduation, I was greatly involved in studies related to construction technology and steel structures. BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED gave me an opportunity to do Internship in the third year of my Graduate program which enhanced a good idea of the workings and the code in which work is done at an actual construction site. My project was based on "DEVELOPMENT AND STUDY OF BEHAVIOR OF PAPERCRETE CONCRETE". I had worked on innovative designs for constructing low- cost dwellings for rural masses. Among those included; usage of fly ash and rice husk ash. We had come up with an idea to make a house good enough. Even during my under graduation, I was an active participant in many technical events and also presented many technical seminars.

As soon as I graduated, I got placed in a company called Matha constructions as site Engineer since September 2015. The infrastructure boom has brought about a lot of changes in project management. The foremost challenges in construction lie in the feasibility of a project. This has intern made scheduled project completion. It is in this challenging and competitive environment that I am looking forward to growing in. I want to contribute ideas for innovative techniques in Civil Engineering. These projects include both the conventional and unconventional types; there should a variety of projects in terms of the scope of work involved.

Thanks to the possibility of having carried out my Masters by RTU (Riga Technical University), My master thesis "PROTECTION OF STEEL SURFACES" I realized that study a master abroad was going to be good for my experience, so at this moment I have done master in Civil Engineering in Riga.

Due to this, I am really interested in joining your team. I am sure that I will learn and get experience from you all because I am interested in construction works and specialized building materials, structural designs, calculations, etc… Otherwise, I am coming from another country and I guess that will be profitable for you all too.
