In Johannesburg! Anyone?

Postby pau.joburg » Wed Aug 15, 2012 6:12 pm

I'm living in Sandton, nearby Nelson Mandela square for few days now!

I'll be working here. I'm looking for people for doing things here, have a drink or something else.

If so, just let me know.

Enjoy your stay in SA!

Welcome to EasyExpat & welcome to Johannesburg! There is a complete guide to Johannesburg to help you navigate the city.

You can meet other expats through the network and expat blogs. There have also been some great expat interviews in Africa. I would recommend you get in touch with one of them as they are excellent resources.

Anyone else in the neighborhood?

Hi I'm in Centurion, however don't go meeting men on the internet.....lol..... When I arrived here I joined Internations. They meet monthly, usually a thursday. I found it very helpful when we first arrived to get out, meet people etc. however I don't go any more because they are all employed and I'm here on a visitors visa soo my geese time is the day as evenings and weekends are family time.
Hope you get to meet some nice people and settle in
Regards
Suzanne
