    Hello Guys,

    In my opinion an offshore company is one that is created in a nation or jurisdiction other than its own. Entrepreneurs look to establish companies in other nations for privacy, tax benefits, and asset protection. But I am still in doubt that how to register an off-shore company. So, anyone ahving idea on it, plase share with me.
