I am have met my BF online met face to face in August(me to UK) then he caME TO US in Nov. and I returned with him in Dec..... I am in UK on 6 month visitor visa.... our plans are to go to usa, get married and hand in our spousal visa application to NYC in mAY. Is there anyone else that has done this???? Guess I am looking for some reassurance all will be ok!!!! We are using an immigration solicitor here in UK to sort out details and make sure we have proper documents. I wonder how long I can expect to stay in US before \i have an answer to the visa?????? SORRY I am sure this is all somewhere else a million times but I cant seem to find it!!!!
