I had been looking for a work out studio like the ones we find in the States or UK and came upon a Pilates / Gyrotonic studio with a multi-lingual staff after months of research. They were all bubbling in English, German and Spanish. Felt like home from the second I stepped foot in the studio!

They have the top of the top classes. I have tried them all and my favorite is Xtend Barre (keeps you fit and ready for the summer, was very addicted back in my Los Angeles days as very much like Cardio Barre). I would have never thought to find it here in France!! My best friend is a pilates girl and she has practiced for years and find the staff very experienced and well trained unlike French fitness centers.

For those who want to work out and meet other expats or speak their home language, I strongly recommend RITUEL PARIS (located in the 6th)!!!
