    I don’t believe that business as usual is a good thing for expats and the fact that any tax increases “shouldn’t” impact US citizens abroad is neither a good assumption to make nor something that should be celebrated. We need to DEMAND better from our government.

    I agree that there are many areas available for improvement and that is the reason why you must have found Biden's letter quite disappointing, not addressing any specific concern raised by Americans abroad.
