✎ EN EU and Non EU Applying for Residence?

    Dear Guys I got some information from this site very useful before
    I am non EU married to EU nationality I am working in the UK with EEA member family VISA it will finish in august and I am hurry to apply for the residence I can apply for it before the expiring date in August or it is too early , I am really lost I know there is a lot of papers to bring to with me for apply to the residence 5 years what is the document I should but it wit the applications my partner the EU nationality don’t work and never worked in UK is some one can advice me which paper I should but it with the application and u think I apply for in in PERSON not but post?

    she is studing english

    She can't find work yet she study english

    In any case you will have to apply with the forms EEA1 and EEA2., 3-4 weeks before your family permit expires.
    Your wife not working can cause some problems.If she has enough resources and you working should be just enough(she should provide bank statment confirming this).If she study full time you have to provide the name of the university/college .Dont forget that accommodation have to be adequate for you 2.
