1. What do you require to obtain an EEA Family permit for Spain >?
- just a marriage certificate to prove authenticity of the marriage from non-EEA citizen to another ?

a). are the requirements for an EEA Family Permit different in other countries?




2. After gaining EEA family permit (for spain for example) – can the non-EEA citizen travel freely to uk with uk spouse ?
- or is the requisite visa (tourist or work) still required along with family permit to enter uk?

There is no such thing as EEA Family Permit for Spain. You will have to apply for a visit visa and mention in the form that your spouse is non-EEA and your application will be dealth with under EU regulations instead of Spanish ones.

He can travel back to UK if he has a valid EEA Family Permit or other type of visa.
