Hi Guys,

I am an Indian national married to a German girl about a month ago (in the UK). We have all the relevant documents to support that.

I am not sure if her income will be an issue for me to get a resisdence card at all. As she has been working in a milkshake shop for less than a year. I on the other hand have been here for couple of years and am earning more than her.

In the residence card application she is acting as my sponsor. Would that be a problem? And what other documents do I need to send along with the application other than the ones I already know i.e.

Marriage Certificate.
Wage slip (for both of us)
Passports
Passport sized photographs.
House contract

Any help will be appreciated.
