EEA 2 Application or FLR(M) Advice needed !!! PLS help!!

Postby shan16 » Fri May 25, 2007 8:37 pm

im indian national, lived in UK last 4 years on Student visa which expires in October´07 end!!I had a job paid me NIs and taxes for a long time.
Im getting married to my GF of 1.4 years in August. We have enuff evidence to prove we have been together for that time ,bank accs, same address ,bills etc. She will be living here as student for 4-5 more years, supported by her family(wealthy),(can be proven)!!

Shud i apply for FLR(M) for 2 year extention paying hefty fees around 400-600quid ,and then after 2 years apply for IDLR then UK passport( as we want to stay in UK for another 10-15 years) or shall i apply for EEA 2 card ,which takes a long time?? After how many years on EEA 2 card can i apply for IDLR in UK?

Any advice will be appreciated !!

What are your doubts?Since you are getting married to an EU citizen exercising rights in the UK.The link provided above have to be filled and section 6 completed.Note your previous years in the UK will not count towards IDLR.
