Hello, can anybody please give me some advice,?

I have a fiancee she is a Ukbekistan national and living there! and i am a british national and living in the uk. we meet in the uk when she was here studying, five years ago we have a son together, but when her visa run out she went back to ukbekistan, to apply for a fiancee visa to come back to the uk so we could get married, but the visa was refused, we was both shocked at this news, as we was told this was the right way to do it.
now i can only see one way out of this, and that is to go to Ukbekistan and marry her there and than apply for a visa to bring her and my son back to the uk, can they stop me from doing that?

Hi thanks for your reply, no there was no reason, they waited for the 12 weeks dead line to give us an answer of no! as for doing all the forms for the visa, we got an agent called globalpermits to do it all for us ! so we knew all the paper work was correct,
