Hi, I'd be grateful if anyone can advise me.

    Relationship Background:
I'm in a relationship with my partner for more that 4 years, but only in a "Common Law Relationship" for nearly 2 years.
My partner is Asylum Seeker since July 2016 and the case is still pending.

I believe my partner is eligible under a Private Life Route, but some are stating that my partner is not eligible since he is a Asylum Seeker.

Can anyone advise me which is the truth?
