I am about to send my eea4 application for my permanent uk residence. I am mexican and my husband spanish and the documents required are mainly his. Is it usuful if i send some of my personal documents as well? Like school letters, bank statements and old p60's? My visa expires on the 12/may/2010 do i have to send it exactly 28 befores it expires or can i just send it in the next couple of days?

I really appreciate some advice ;)

Yes you should send your documents too, it would definitely be useful even though not required. Sending the documents like six weeks before the expiry of your permit would be enough. No need to send too early as it wouldn't make any difference.

    Good luck
