Credit Control Fluent In Dutch And French (m/f) Lisbon
A Multinational Company in the Insurance sector has a job based in
Lisbon for a Credit Control fluent in Dutch and French.
You will based in Lisbon Office and report to the Manager of
Division. You have to support country teams in managing their
Credit Control by providing an efficient and high quality
administrative service. Your main responsibilities will be executing
general administrative duties, delivering exceptional service
standards/KPIs, and maintaining the relevant data updated, liaising
with internal and external parties to respond and resolve queries
within processing deadlines. In addition, you will be in charge of
supporting the preparation of management information reports as
requested using various reporting tools and methods, participating
in the implementation of continuous improvement or change project
work and processes, undertaking ad hoc reports and projects to
develop the credit control service across company and improving,
standardising and automating processes where possible. You will
manage and run the direct debt process, to reconcile differences on
client, disburse cash received, help recover and resolve
outstanding, overdue debts and manage a small broker’s portfolio.
You will distribute monthly statements and correspondence of overdue
accounts to clients and resolve any questions so that open items are
settled promptly. You will still reconcile bank transactions with
the Finance Department.
We are looking for a candidate with minimum of three years’
experience in an administrative credit control role and in Insurance
or financial company. You need be fluent in Dutch and French, have
excellent accuracy and attention to detail and quality, and reveal
good customer focus.
