German-Speaking Customer Service Agent
Our international client is seeking a German-Speaking Customer Service Agent to represent one of their most important clients in the luxury automobile sector. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering calls and emails from clients, providing a high-quality customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact for incoming calls and emails from clients.
Provide a high-quality customer service experience, addressing any inquiries or concerns that the clients may have.
Ensure that all interactions with clients are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a B2C customer service support role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Native level of German and fluent level of English.
Ability to work 39 hours per week from Monday to Friday, working hours alternate between 8 and 20.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in the luxury automobile sector is a plus.
