OnCredit, a member of the SpaceCrew Finance Group, is looking for a Head of Operations. Our office is located in Colombo, in the business center of the city.

We are a product company with Ukrainian roots, and part of our team is located in Ukraine, including the IT team, marketing and Data Science Lab team. The operations department is located in Sri Lanka, and the team has 140 employees.
We have been operating on the tea island since 2018, in the field of FinTech and e-commerce, providing online lending services.

We are ready to consider Ukrainians living in Sri Lanka or those planning to move here. We are interested in people with experience in IT Project Management or Product Management, call center or department managers, operations managers, or people with experience in running their own business.
