What was the easiest thing / the most difficult to adapt to?

Thanks in advance for your answers and here’s to a good discussion!

m.hoseini, what the brazilian city do you will go? 'cause we have different culture in diferente brazilian region... The first thing to think about coming to Brazil is that you need to be strong and flexible at the same time, because our people are wonderful, but we are attached to our cultural roots.
Well, I believe that you will feel very good here in Brazil, because we are welcoming and respect the different.

Hello Rezende.Filipe and welcome to EasyExpat.com.
For a foreigner, do you recommend big cities such as Sao Paulo/Rio de Janeiro (where it seems that most of the expats are) or other locations?
Many thanks for your tips and see you soon on the forum

I have been to Rio a few times, one of the most amazing places on earth, I would move there no problem. The weather, the food, but mostly the people are amazing so no mater what your nationality is they will wellcome you with open arms.
