    Thus, real estate investment in Hungary is an economical and very convenient way to move to the EU and begin to live a new life.The conditions for acquiring housing in Hungary are very comfortable:
    -private individuals (non-residents) can purchase it in their own name;
    -You are not required to reside in the country;
    - Your ownership allows you to legally rent housing and receive income (up to 10% of its value annually);
    when selling, you can get significant benefits, and after five years you can sell your home without paying tax.
    I have bought a property near "Old Buda island", where popular Sziget festival goes. It is profitable to rent out in a high season.
