Working from home has widely spread across the world due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Most experts consider that even when companies were reluctant in the past to allow remote working, they will quickly recognise the advantage of this flexibility, both in term of productivity, but also saving costs.

In our new article we talk about the divide between companies used to allow work from home (Northern Europe for example) and others reluctant to remote work and the difficulties it created for this last category during lockdown.
We also find that most of the employees are still reluctant to go back to the office (at least full time) and have concerns. But we also see that this new way of working, introducing more flexibility, is likely to stay for the long term and may be an opportunity for companies to increase well-being and productivity of their employees.
