I've just discovered this forum and thought that someone that has/is in a similar situation as I am, might be able to shed some light on the following.

I am a non-EEA family member of an EU citizen, and hold a Residence card at present in the UK. I know that all universities here in the UK have separate fee structures for International(non-EEA students) and EU / Home country students. The former usually twice the price of the latter....

As non-EEA family members of EU citizens share many rights, I would like to know if I would qualify for the EU fee structure. I have checked various websites, but none of them seem to give any definitive information. Is there a EU Directive on this subject?

Would be grateful for any advice or information.
