    Generation Z will soon crowd Millennials out of the workplace. The emergence of this diverse generation brings with it new social demands between bosses and workers in terms of company culture, work environment and worker support.

    Companies are having to come up with inventive ways of addressing their needs to keep in touch and up to date with this new type of employee.

    The term Generation Z refers to someone born between the years 1997-2012 and they follow the previous group called Millennials. They are also popularly referred to as Gen Z, centennials or iGen. This subset of the population has no inkling of life before the internet and social media.
