    In the past years, it seems that the market price of properties are constantly on the increase. It is becoming less affordable for certain people to purchase or lease any properties due to this reason. Are there any properties which are affordable for people who remain in a low income bracket?

    Unfortunately it does not seem to be only in Dubai... In London most of the things they build nowadays are luxury flats. And their definition of affordable is ... 80% of the market price. So it means that they designate 1 bedroom flat at £500k as affordable in some area. Affordable for who? :evil:
