Imo Dubai is definitely the best city to live in the UAE.

 

I've lived in different areas of Dubai but one of the best and peaceful areas is Discovery Gardens, there are nearly all the facilities available there for a family but if you're looking for a nightlife you'll have to go to Dubai Marina which is not too far from that place as well.

There are plenty of new economical areas are coming up in Dubai like queue point. It's better to go off-plan property sites like http://offplan-properties.ae to get all the information about payment plan, floor plans etc

 

There are many options but that does depend on your budget. You can find multiple online resources where you can search in a specific area, budget, rooms, etc..

Yes i do confirm that Dubai is the best area to live especially with families as its zero % crime and police with highly equipped, cities with sophisticated infrastructure, crowned as home of tallest building on earth then what else need for expats to live upon?

 

Best area is never defined as every person has its own priorities so it should be focused that what facilities you want in area then that area will be best for you.
