    Hello!

    We are looking for a house/apartment in Lisbon.
    Is accommodation much cheaper outside the city center? Is it easy to go to the center by scooter or public transportation?
    Does anyone have, or know someone who is renting out a house/apartment for at least 1 year?
    We would love to have a balcony or terrace to sit on. 1 or 2 bedrooms, kitchen and furnished.
