We are trying to track down a certificate of non military service from the US military for my grandfather. So far, no luck. All the agencies, websites and offices we get to say they don't know what we're talking about... anybody here been down that road? How did you get such a formal letter or certificate? Who exactly did you contact? Any tips or advice much appreciated!
