I'm going to move to Madrid (for a couple of years ) in the start of Jan but I am having a lot of problems finding a flat!... I don't want to share a flat I just want to rent one out but as it seems no one is willing to rent a flat out to me unless you have a work contract or something!

Does anyone have any advice on how i should go about fixing this problem? because I am really stuck ??: :shy: :headscratch:
