Hi,

I have decided to move from Leyton to somewhere nicer in London. It would be great if I could find a flat where I could practice my Spanish (you don't have to be Spanish or even have it as a first language but I really would love to be able to improve my spanish before I head off to Spain for ever... <cue misty eyed look> (and help someone improve their English or not). I plan to go and live in Madrid in about 1 year (I'm excited already!).

Of course I have to point out that I am an easy going interesting not boring non-smoking over-educated, semi-travelled potencial flatmate that's lived in London for almost 4 years.
Did I mention easy going? (it's almost impossible not to appear like a complete git/idiot when writing a self description like this - nevermind...). I'd prefer to be in the north of London and want to pay up to 400 per month but preferably a bit less - more like 360 per month...
