The Guide to Shanghai offers information on almost anything involved in expat life in the city, but unfortunately I don't think summer camp is covered. You might try contacting your child's school/child care facility for recommendations, or international schools in Shanghai.

Another option is to check expat blogs in Shanghai as well as expat interviews in Asia (use the search function to find Shanghai specific) as they are often great resources.

I also tweeted your question to our many Twitter followers. Hopefully someone can help. Anyone else have tips?
