    Hi all, just wondering if you could help me out with something.

    I have been waiting for 5 weeks now in Denmark for my permit which will allow me to learn in Denmark. The office that deals with these permits said that it would only take 3-4 weeks to come through, and now it has been 5 weeks and it has still not come.
    I have phoned up the office and waited for 30 mins, but never got through to talk to anyone.
    Should i go to the office in person and ask what has happened to my papers? Or is there another way?

    I've been an au pair in dk.. Which office you've tried calling? You can also try to email them.. And yes the waiting time for some offices takes forever.. What i normally do is put it on speaker so that i can do other stuff while their music is playing.. ;) they should answer if it's still business hours..
