Hi, i was a student at University i really messed up with my visa n admission, i studied grad 1st year at uni, than i didn't paid the fees and my visa expired, i send my visa for extansion buh they sent me back kuz i didnt had enuff money for extansion, they said re apply visa, but i had a fear of rejection so i did'nt re apply. now i am a overstayer ... my wife is british actually we had a Muslim marriage (NIKKAH) but someone told me its worthless, so i need to know what shall i do to get a legal stay. We already have a joint accounts, joint bills on our name, electro roll registration on same address, have a proof of marriage with pictures and video
