✎ EN Can same sex spouse of EU citizen reside in UK

    I am American and my same sex spouse is an EU citizen. We have children together and are both legal parents. If she is transferred by her employer as a long-term (4-6 years) expat to the UK, am I extended the same resident visa or residency rights that an opposite sex spouse is allowed?
